HOW IS IT DECEMBER /o\ although I do love this time of year mostly there's always this panicked time pressure around being ready for Christmas whilst simultaneously other CHristmas events takes up all your time!

I'm on my last book for my Retro Hugo reading list and I'm half way through so I've actually just been and voted. I didn't quite read everything on the shortlists because I couldn't get hold of some of them but I read most of them and it's been... interesting. My leave year starts on the 1st April but I FINALLY got my new A/L card today which has obviously been enormously helpful when planning leave this year *rolls eyes* I'm actually finding it very odd this year anyway because now I'm full time I'm back on days not hours for my leave which makes it sound like a really small number even though it isn't ( Read more... )
